Job Role
To ensure that standards of service in your designated working station are met at all times in accordance to the Food and Beverage Standards and the Policies and Regulations of Magic Hotels. To assist in the day to day operation of Bar outlet in order to exceed guest satisfaction and expectations. To be quality driven and critical of all aspects of the food and beverage operation in order to guarantee the highest level of productivity within the organization.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Have a good knowledge of all food and beverage items offered (menu).
- Prepare and serve drinks & beverages according to standard recipes.
- Ensure that standards of service are always met as determined by the F&B Standard Operating Procedures.
- Deliver excellent, friendly, and professional guest service at all times.
- Address all guests and staff in a polite and professional manner.
Requirements
- Excellent knowledge of English. Knowledge of Greek or any other language will be considered as an advantage
- Ability to work in a fast pace environment and cope under pressure
- Commitment to learning & self-development
- Promotes cooperation & commitment within a team
- Inspiring and motivating others while being caring and understanding
- Excellent interpersonal skills in handling staff relations and/or guest complaints.
- Bartender education or hospitality related qualification, will be considered as an advantage
