Job Role

To ensure that standards of service in your designated working station are met at all times in accordance to the Food and Beverage Standards and the Policies and Regulations of Magic Hotels. To assist in the day to day operation of Bar outlet in order to exceed guest satisfaction and expectations. To be quality driven and critical of all aspects of the food and beverage operation in order to guarantee the highest level of productivity within the organization.

 

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Have a good knowledge of all food and beverage items offered (menu).
  • Prepare and serve drinks & beverages according to standard recipes.
  • Ensure that standards of service are always met as determined by the F&B Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Deliver excellent, friendly, and professional guest service at all times.
  • Address all guests and staff in a polite and professional manner.

 

Requirements

  • Excellent knowledge of English.  Knowledge of Greek or any other language will be considered as an advantage
  • Ability to work in a fast pace environment and cope under pressure
  • Commitment to learning & self-development
  • Promotes cooperation & commitment within a team
  • Inspiring and motivating others while being caring and understanding
  • Excellent interpersonal skills in handling staff relations and/or guest complaints.
  • Bartender education or hospitality related qualification, will be considered as an advantage

House maids

Job Role

Ensure that guests’ rooms, corridors, public areas and back of the house areas are serviced to Hotel and Company standards.

 

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Clean allocated departures and occupied rooms as per rota
  • Prepare and maintain a spring cleaning/special cleaning programme
  • Responsible for the tidiness of the trolley at all times
  • Keep the stores clean and tidy at all times
  • Report any maintenance faults as quickly as possible to the Supervisor
  • Report all lost and found property to the Housekeeping Office immediately
  • Attend all relevant training when required
  • Maintain appropriate use of the equipment in the department
  • Clean public areas of hotel, offices, back of house areas, restaurants and fire stairs
  • Respond at all times in a friendly, helpful manner to guests and other colleagues
  • Follow the Grooming Policy and maintain a high standard of personal hygiene
  • Ensure that you carry out your duties in an honest and ethical way by abiding the Hotels’ rules and regulations and the Cyprus Law
  • Adhere to Hotel’s standards, policies and procedures
  • Perform any other relevant duties assigned by the Executive Housekeeper

 

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of proven experience in a similar position
  • Knowledge of English and/or Greek any other language will be considered as an advantage

Receptionists

Job Role

Responsible for providing a smooth, accurate and efficient check-in/check-out service, reservation, message and general enquiry services at the Front Desk ensuring maximum guest satisfaction, whilst adhering to the required Hotel’s standards.

 

Duties & Responsibilities

  • To assist and check-in guests as per existing Front Office policies and procedures.
  • Serves visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately.
  • Ensures that all Guests receive a courteous and warmly service upon check-in and check-out.
  • Notes down any special requests that guests may have and pass these onto the relevant department.
  • Handles Complaints with immediate action and through proper follow up.
  • Ensures Proper Shift Hand Over.
  • Ensures Housekeeping reports are accurate.
  • Acts as a Salesperson in order to maximize the Rooms revenue.
  • Able to work flexible shifts including morning/evening/overnight as well as weekends & public holidays
  • Receives and speaks to guests or visitors and putting them into contact with the relevant departmental officials
  • Ensure that duties are carried in an honest and ethical way by abiding the Hotels’ rules and regulations and the Cyprus Law
  • Perform any other relevant duties assigned by the Front Office Manager

Job Role

Ensure that standards of service in your designated outlet are met at all times as determined by the Food and Beverage Standards. Serve the guests, take orders and clean tables.

 

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Assist in the day to day operation of your outlet in order to exceed guest satisfaction and expectations.
  • Handle guest complaints or concerns to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Comply with all Health and Safety rules and regulations.
  • Deliver food orders from the kitchen to the customer’s table.
  • Ensure side-stations are clean and always organised.
  • Promptly clean used plates, glasses and utensils when appropriate.
  • Re-set the station promptly in accordance with the standards after tables have been used.
  • Follow the Grooming Policy, maintain a high standard of personal hygiene and ensure that this is followed and adhered by all Staff assigned to you in the designated outlet.
  • Ensure that duties are carried in an honest and ethical way by abiding the Hotels’ rules and regulations and the Cyprus Law.
